Large products require more planning than standard parcel deliveries, and we want customers to know exactly what to expect before placing an order.

1. Where We Ship
JardinSilence currently ships within the contiguous United States only (the 48 connected states).
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- P.O. Boxes
- International destinations
A physical street address is required for delivery.
If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Shipping Costs
We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States.
There are no hidden shipping charges added at checkout for standard delivery services.
At this time, expedited or express shipping options are not available.
3. Fulfillment & Warehouse Processing
Orders are processed through our US fulfillment network.
Because orders ship domestically within the United States, customers do not need to pay import duties or customs fees.
In rare situations where inventory availability changes, an order may ship from an alternate fulfillment location. If this affects processing time, we will notify you as soon as possible.
4. Order Processing Time
Typical processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing includes:
- Order verification
- Payment confirmation
- Packaging inspection
- Carrier pickup scheduling
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or during weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping — Contiguous United States
- Estimated transit time after dispatch: 7–9 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 8–12 business days
- Shipping cost: Free
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, seasonal demand, and regional delivery limitations.
We currently do not offer:
- Expedited shipping
- Overnight delivery
- International shipping
6. Taxes
Applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address provided.
Because all orders ship domestically within the United States, no import duties or customs charges apply.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear within the carrier’s system after the shipment notification is sent.
You can monitor your shipment by:
- Using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email
- Visiting the carrier’s website directly
- Contacting our support team with your order number
8. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
Because many products ship as oversized freight deliveries, address changes after dispatch may not be possible and could result in additional fees or delivery delays.
If you notice an address mistake before shipment, contact us immediately at support@jardinsilence.com.
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address entered during checkout, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.
JardinSilence cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We carefully inspect and package all orders, but shipping damage can occasionally occur during transit.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
Please:
- Inspect the package upon delivery
- Note visible damage with the delivery carrier if possible
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
Depending on the situation, we may provide replacement parts, a replacement item, or another appropriate resolution.
If Tracking Shows Delivered but You Cannot Locate the Package
Please:
- Check around your property and nearby delivery areas
- Ask neighbors or household members
- Contact the carrier directly to open a delivery trace
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us and we will assist with the claims process.
10. Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including:
- Carrier delays during peak seasons
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Carrier staffing or capacity limitations
If we become aware of significant delays affecting your order, we will do our best to provide updates proactively.
